High-precision numerical engine rewrite
Replaced the underlying numerical core with an arbitrary-precision library. Eliminates a class of rounding errors on extreme conversions (e.g., astronomical or subatomic scales).

All platform signing keys are HSM-backed with scheduled rotation on a 90-day cadence. Closes an internal security review item ahead of our SOC 2 work.
